*Shipping & Delivery

The * next to all indicated delivery times in our webshop means the following:

If your order is placed and paid for before 23:45 hrs on Monday through Friday, it will usually be processed and shipped the same day. The mailbox parcel is shipped until 21:45 hrs on weekdays and not on Saturdays or Sundays.

If your order is placed and paid on Saturday or Sunday before 17:45 hrs, it will usually be processed and shipped and delivered on Monday (NL, BE). Orders placed after Sunday 16:45 hrs will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Shipping & delivery times do not apply on the following public holidays (NL): New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter, King's Day, Liberation Day (Lustrum Day), Ascension Day, Pentecost and Christmas.

All carriers do their best to deliver your package on the agreed day. This happens in the vast majority of cases, but there can always go something wrong and/or occur a delay.
